Privacy notice
What this website collects
- If you join a waitlist or contact form: your email, and optionally your name, practice name and state.
- If you take a quiz: your ZIP code and schedule, language and setting preferences, or your state, credential status and availability. These are sent to our server to produce a result.
What it does not collect
- No information about a child. Please do not type any into any form.
- No advertising pixels, analytics scripts or third-party trackers are loaded in this version.
Videos, voice and consent (draft)
Draft copy. Needs counsel review before launch.
- We store your name, credential status, languages, availability and area (ZIP or metro). We do not store street addresses.
- We do not build face or voice templates. Video is stored as content only.
- Consent is recorded as a versioned entry containing hashes, never the recording.
Your face and voice can still identify you. If we want to show you somewhere new, we will ask again. Nothing is added to a toggle you did not turn on.
You can pull back anytime
- MeetAllo pages and widgets: Immediately
- Social channels and paid ads: Within 24 hours
- Partner sites: Within 72 hours, with a purge certificate

How long we keep things
- Raw recordings are deleted 7 days after your profile is approved.
- Published video and audio are deleted 30 days after you pull back.
- Backups roll off after 90 days.
- Your consent record (what you agreed to and when, never the media) is kept for 6 years.

To be removed from a list or to ask what we hold about you, contact us at the address on our editorial policy page. Retention periods, processors and your legal rights are to be completed by counsel.
