Recruiting partner program: launching
We are building a program for schools, communities and creators who introduce behavior technicians to MeetAllo. It has not launched, and no payouts are being made yet.
What a partner does
- Shares a “Join as BT” link with technicians. The link opens a MeetAllo page that explains how it works.
- Optionally shows a widget of local behavior technicians on a family-facing site.
- Discloses the relationship: We earn a recruiting commission when a BT we introduce is hired. Links to MeetAllo use
rel="sponsored".
What we will not do
- Families are never attributed to a partner. Only BT-side sign-ups are tracked.
- We do not use cookies or third-party trackers for attribution. A short code in the sign-up link is enough.
- We do not publish payout amounts as promises.

- Who can earn
- Recruiting partners who introduce behavior technicians (BTs). Families are never part of attribution.
- Attribution (draft)
- The first partner click is kept for 90 days up to signup; the BT must start within 180 days of signup.
- Payout (draft)
- A one-time amount, considered at day 90 after the practice fee is collected. Draft figure: $250. Subject to change or removal.
- Safeguards (draft)
- W-9 collection, 1099-NEC at $600 or more, manual review of a partner's first three payouts, monthly cap per partner.
- Widgets on family sites (draft)
- Flat advertising fees only. Hire-based commission applies only to BT-side recruiting traffic.
